School leaders and staff are encouraged to first seek support and assistance from their local health jurisdictions to the extent possible as in-person instruction protocols vary by county.

As a commitment of the California Safe Schools for All plan, the following Technical Assistance Request Form is a resource that school leaders and staff may use in order to seek guidance on in-person instruction safely and minimizing in-school transmissions.

We recommend reviewing the relevant following resources as a first step prior to submitting a technical assistance request. The resources contain core information about key components of in-person instruction. Your review of this information prior to making a request will help us respond more quickly and effectively to your request.

To request technical assistance, please send your request to: SafeSchoolsTeam@cdph.ca.gov.
